George Kalathakis, CSA-R is the President of George Kalathakis Appraisals and has been actively engaged in the appraising, analysis and management of real estate since 1998. He attended St. John’s University studying Chemistry. Mr. Kalathakis’s background includes 21 years experience as a research and development chemist for several specialty chemical corporations, as well as, developer/founder and president for one corporation. He is certified in New York State as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a member of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers holding the CSA-R designation.
